He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wood and Bernice Monroe Wood; and his siblings, Virginia Curtsinger, Robert and James V. Wood, Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Leslie Wood (Sicily), Larry Wood, Stanford and Ryan Manis (Reitha); and his brother Louis Wood (Alberta). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
