She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Caudill; her parents, Kermit Johnson and Josephine Johnson; and her siblings, Jessie Janean Johnson and Gary Caudill.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Musick Murphy, Edward Caudill, Shawn Caudill (Julie Gurwell), Wesley Caudill and Jill Caudill; her brother Roger Johnson (Willa); and her sister-in-law Jan Caudill. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
