She is survived by: her mother Karla May of Nicholasville, KY; her son Jeffrey Smith of Bellefontaine, OH; her father Jeffrey May; her sister Diana; her brother-in-law Thomas Bower of Nicholasville, KY; her nieces, Vada, Stella and Penelope Bower of Nicholasville, KY; and her grandparents, Thomas and Beverly Lamb of Union, KY.. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
