She was predeceased by: her husband William S. Rankin; and her father Curtis Justice. She is survived by: her son Matthew Rankin (Sherry) of Richmond, KY; her stepdaughters, Marcie Perisho and Melissa Goldman; her grandchildren, Talia Horn, Parker Horn, Hilarye Dailey and Jason Dailey; her sister Dottie Layne (Roger) of Olive Hill, KY; her sister-in-law Rose Justice of Williamsburg, VA; her niece Latesha Layne; and her close friend Katie Fyffe.
