He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Randall Seagraves and Sadie Pearl Bowling; and his great-grandparents, Leonard Bowling and Mary Thornsberry. He is survived by: his parents, Randall Joseph and Amy Jo Miller Seagraves of Nicholasville, Kentucky.; his aunt Toni Marie Seagraves; his siblings, James Matthew Fraley and Heaven Lee Fraley; his grandparents, Billie Jo Gilbert of Nicholasville, Randy of Nicholasville and George Keith Miller of Olive Hill, Kentucky; and his great-grandparents, Jackie B., Marcella Ison Miller of Olive Hill, Howard Chandler of Dayton and Paul Seagraves of Grayson. He is also survived by extended family, classmates and many friends.
