He is survived by: his daughter Morgan Fulcher of Lexington Ky; his siblings, William Billy Fulcher of Somerset and Barbara Fulcher of Somerset; his friends, Daisy, Eddie Glover of Somerset and John Davis of Mt. Vernon Ky; and his grandsons, Noah and Alexander.
