He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Turner Rountree. He is survived by: his father Lloyd Wayne Clements (Ellen) of Danville; his children, John Tyler Clements (Megan) of Liberty and Sarah Wolfe (Clay) of Cincinnati; his sisters, Pam Lucas (Jeff) of Versailles and Teresa Richardson (Tommy) of Chattanooga, TN; his grandchildren, Ethan Wolfe, Aiden Wolfe and Piper Clements; and his great grandchildren, Sage and Renesemee.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the W. L. Pruitt Funeral Home (5590 Hwy 2141, Hustonville, KY 40437). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
