He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Mike (Wendy), Jill and Sarah; his grandchildren, Matthew, Hunter and Miranda; his siblings, Bob (Marilyn), Tim (Dina), Bill (Darlene) and Betteanne (Mike); and his brother-in-law Larry (Juanita). He is also survived by his many friends and family members.
