He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace, Jr. Kelly and Dorothy Hall Kelly; and his brother Mike Kelly. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Kelly; the mother of his child Theresa Kennedy; his children, Taylor Hisgen and Curtis Kelly; his grandchildren, Olivia Freeman, Ashton and Mia Bell; and his sisters, Louise Kelly and Doe Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
