It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Andre Smith of Nicholasville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 19, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Smith and Danese Catherine Fisher Smith; and his sister Peggy Lynn Smith of Dayton. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Webb Smith; his brothers, Gary W. and David D. Smith of Dayton, OH; his stepson John A. Kosich (Linda); his grandchildren, Webb, Julia and Robert of Hollywood, MD.; and his former wife Loretta Haggard Smith of Lexington.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a local veterans group or hospice are encouraged.
