He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Gardner Warner; his children, John Stuart Warner and Amy Newkirk (Eric); his granddaughter Elise Newkirk; his sisters, Palina Warner Hurst and Mary Warner Kottich; and his pet Rambo. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and other extended family.
