He is survived by: his wife Lori Collins; his children, Elizabeth Taylor (Owen Bell), Rusty Rice (Margo) and Jim Collins, Jr.; his grandchildren, Alex Rice, Gaedon Taylor, Camren Taylor, Hayleigh Collins, Lindsay Collins and Gabe Collins; his great grandchildren, Caiden Wethington and Jocelyn Valadez; his siblings, Mary Alice Courtney, Ann Burus, Robert Collins and Kirby Collins; and also Nancy Leito.
