He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Charles Clark. He is survived by: his son Jeffery Max Treadway; his siblings, Michael Treadway (Bonnie) and Joan Clark (Charles); and his niece Michelle Reffert. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
