She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace White; and her parents, Arthur Batt and Effie Batt. She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Harry and Mossie White; her daughter Tiffany Hoover (Chris) of Lexington; her siblings, Maxine Early of North Carolina and Bernard Batt (Becky) of Florida; her granddaughters, Rachel Kuntz (John) of Lexington and Emily Hoover of Lexington; and her nieces and nephews, Keith Early, Sheri Teague, Valerie Cole and Craig Batt.
She especially enjoyed the international students, learning about their cultures and often helping them settle in by collecting donated household items and even opening her home to temporarily home a student in need.
