He was predeceased by: his parents, Carnes Sparks and Opal Pack Sparks. He is survived by: his son James Michael Sparks (Annette) of South Portsmouth, Kentucky; and his stepsons, Bobby Jones (Liz) of Richmond, Kevin Jones (Debbie) of Richmond and Kenneth Jones (Whitney) of Richmond. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
