He was predeceased by: his parents, Echo and Andy; and his siblings, Charles, John (Andy Jr.), Sue Stidham, Barbara Ashley and Lynn Ball.

He is survived by: his sister Rosemary Frazier (Joe).

Donations may be made in his memory to Alice Lloyd College, Bluegrass Hospice, the Lexington Humane Society, or an organization of your choice.
