He was predeceased by: his parents, Amanda Rose and James Mahan Renfro, Sr.; and his siblings, Imogene Renfro, Lois Greene, Faye Hamlin and Warren Renfro.

He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Kelli Myers, Tara Davis, Tami McGarity, Keith Renfro and David Dodd; and his sisters, Patty Wyatt and Betty Haley. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors.
