He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Scarborough and Beulah Scarborough. He is survived by: his sons, James Walter, Gary Keith and Ronald Earl Scarborough; his grandchildren, Jason, Gary Scarborough and Stacy Hatton; and his sister Irma Dunaway. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
