He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl C. Hurst and Goldie Lowe Hurst; and his sister Juwanna Lowe Gambrel. He is survived by: his wife Christine A. Hurst; his children, Jason Hurst (Tiffany) and Nicole Hurst; his stepdaughters, Ruth Neff (Avery) and Renee Renfro (Dwight); and his grandchildren, Colton, Karsyn, Caidence, Kira, Emma, Piper, Jameson and Waverly.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators Hospice in Lexington in Jim's memory.
