McDuffie (Stephanie) of Morehead, KY; his grandchildren, Darion, Nicholas and Quincy; and his brothers, Thomas Alonzo Cunningham, Jr. of Martin, TN, Arthur Finnell Cunningham (Debbie), Kevin Lee Cunningham, Perry Allen Cunningham and Wayman Paul Cunningham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
