She was predeceased by: her parents, Filmore Stamper and Bertha Short of Breathitt County, Kentucky.; her husband Henry L Rudd Jr.; her son-in-law Charles Lovell; and her brothers, Troy and Brack Stamper.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Menefee (Frank) and Gayle Lovell; and her grandchildren, Bryan Menefee (Christina), Lora Cochran, Beau Menefee (Margaret), Joy Lovell, Vicky Ketchum (Jason) and David Lovell (Heather). She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 4 great great Grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Camp Nelson National Veterans Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
