She is survived by: her sons, Steve Willoughby of Nicholasville and Brent Willoughby (Threasa) of Hazard; her siblings, Jerry Houck (Nell) of Junction City, Kevin Routin of Garrard County, George Routin (Sue) of Danville, J. E., Glen Taylor of Danville, Robert Taylor (Lesa) of Harrodsburg and Mary Jo Young of Frankfort; and her grandson Austin Willoughby of Paris.
