He is survived by: his parents, Garnett Lee Lay (Lena) and Terry Whaley Tubbs; his children, Glendon Lay (Lindsey), Austin Hill, Lyndsey Adkins (Sean) and Rachael Lay; his grandchildren, Hudson Lay, Everly Lay, Lucas Adkins, Noah Adkins, Nevaeh Baker, Ava Adkins and Caleb Adkins; and his siblings, Jeff Lay, Kevin Lay (Lesley), Eric Tubbs, Rodney McKinley, Jennifer Riddell (Marshall), Kimberly Lay, Tina Schick (Richard), Gena Lay, Pennie Jones (Scott) and Stacey Ware (Shane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family members.
