He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Ann Pack, Barbi Sue Pack and Glenna Michele Pack; his grandchildren, Charlie Dale Johnson, Harley DeShea Walker and Tara Gayle Snyder; his great grandchildren, Zane Lee Sticker, Brantley Dale Anthony and Zayden Layne Coselen; and his siblings, Traci Caneer and Michael Glenn Pack.
