He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Moore and Jo Moore. He is survived by: his wife Tami (Zehnder); his children, Beau Moore (Amy), Ashlee Bailey, Audrey Hooper (Bryce) and Garrett Patterson Moore (Carly); his grandchildren, Houston, Blake Moore, Trevor, Kenslee Bailey, Bryton, Caroline Hooper, Sawyer, Bristol and Cheyenne Moore; and his siblings, John Moore (Gina) and Missy Simmons. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
