He was predeceased by: his brothers, Creddie Lawson Duff and James Ergil Duff. He is survived by: his sons, Rick Duff (Belinda) and Freeman Alexander "Alex" Duff, Sr.; his grandchildren, Alex Duff, A. J. Duff, Chance Duff, Cody Duff (Jessica) and Chelsea Miller (Trent); his great grandchildren, Raelynn, Adalynn, Kayson and Huxley; and his brothers, James Auvil, Birchell, James Buford and James Woodford.
