He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Ann Noel and Eugene Noel. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Noel (Betsy); his child Nicklas Price Noel; his brother Greg Noel (Joe Hunt); and his aunt Linda Lou Wharton (Jim). He is also survived by cousins and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Lung Association.
