She was predeceased by: her parents, William Conley and Martha Lou Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Byers; her sons, Kevin Byers (Jill), Jeffrey Byers (Marie) and Michael Byers (Amanda); her grandchildren, Doug Byers (Megan), Cassie Foster (Jonathan), Chase Byers (Rebecca), Alexandra Byers Maddox (Benjamin), Heather Nations (Austin), Evan Byers, Conley Byers, Mason Byers and Benjamin Byers; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Karter, Coralee, Luna and Sallie; and her sister Bernadine Taylor.
She quilted for the Quilts of Valor Foundation, donating quilts in honor of those who have served our country.
