He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest B. Holt and Anna Lois Jones Holt; and his brother Robert L. Holt. He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Holt; his children, Natosha N. Holt and Christopher S. Holt of Nicholasville, Kentucky.; his sisters, Julie Holt Graham, Georgia and Zenobia Jones (Kay); his father-in-law James G. Sesco; and his siblings-in-law, Roberta O. Holt (Dottie), Regina Porter (John), Lois Tolliver (Randall), Brenda Willingham (Jerry), Sharon Howard (Jim McComas), Randall Sesco (Laura Burdette) and Granville Sesco (Shelly). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
