She was predeceased by: her father Hardes Cook; and her husband Ronald G. Johnson. She is survived by: her daughter Elissha Waltrip (Wes); her grandchildren, Amy Moldrem and Lesley Hatfull (Wes); and her great grandchildren, Madeline, Charlotte, Laurel and Kaley.
