She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Henshaw; her grandchildren, Elizabeth "Libby" Vickers, Christin Henshaw and Kaine Henshaw of Lexington, KY; her great grandchildren, Cameron Belluscio, Kierce Earley and Ava Duong; her niece Sarah Sapp; her siblings, Eulah Sapp of Paris, KY and Russell Rudd (Barbara) of Lexington, KY; and her granddaughters, Stacey Sims Eitel and Tara Jo Gleason. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
