He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Scott and Elizabeth Belle Fetters Himes. He is survived by: his spouse Fonsby A. Himes; his children, Bob Himes (Cathy) of Lexington and Michelle Brafford (Jamey) of Nicholasville; his grandchildren, Katie Keely (Ryan) of California, Holly Huybers (A. J.) of Nicholasville, Ryan Brafford of Nicholasville and Kailee Slider of Wilmore; and his sister Kay Hall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Rd (3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40513). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
