She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora McFarland and Marietta Richardson McFarland; her daughter Teresa Lewis; and her sister Juanita Hymer. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Crump; her sons, Robert Christopher Stephens and Freddy Lewis (Jessica); and her grandchildren, Emily Elkins, Sofia Lewis, Aubrey Lewis and Cole Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
