She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Russell and Dorothy Mae Allgood Hayden; and her siblings, Larry Lee Hayden, William Michael Hayden and Mackey Jo Hayden.
She is survived by: her husband Michael James Nutt of Nicholasville; her sons, Stephen Gerald Ayres (Danielle) of Nicholasville and Bradley Lloyd Ayres (Jimena) of Estero, Florida.; her sisters, Sherry Hayden Pulliam of Owensboro and Becky Hayden LeRoy (John) of Las Cruces; her grandchildren, Dexter Ayres, Lauren, Madeline, Katherine Ayres of Jupiter, Isabella Buenaver of Miama and Maria Pombo of Orlando, Florida.; her nieces and nephews, Scott, Todd, Jeff Pulliam, Robbie Hazelrigg, Ginger Fleming, Susan Hazelrigg, Lee Ann Chappell, Donna Bland of Lewisport, Kentucky, Renee Hayden, Georgia and Elizabeth Hudson; her close friends, Pat, Martha and Mary Maude; and also, Carole and Loretta.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Lewisport Methodist Church or Church/Charity of one's choice.
