She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Bertha Smith; her husband Russell Bridges; her daughter Lisa Bridges Clare; her granddaughter Jessica Clare; and her siblings, Ester Smith, Louise Brackett and Wynnell Galyon.

She is survived by: her sons, Philip Bridges of Bardstown, KY, Mark Bridges (Kim) of Georgetown, KY and Kent Bridges (Lana) of Nicholasville, KY; her son-in-law Walter Clare of Shelbyville; and her grandchildren, Amy Bridges, Emily Seagraves (Bryan), William Clare, Krista Clare and Michael Clare.
