He is survived by: his spouse Samantha; his parents, Anthony Ratliff and Vicky Tackett Ratliff; his sister Rebecca Ratliff (Wesley Horn); his sister-in-law Emily Fry; his grandparents, Tracy Joe Ratliff, Clara Ratliff and Rosena Tackett; and his parents-in-law, Anne Johnson (Tom) and William Fry.
