He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ann Hughes Kemp; his children, Tina Marie Kemp, Terri Ann Morgan (Dean), Tammy Lynn Vance (Tony), Tiffany Marie Kemp (Chad Buffin), Daniel Lee Kemp (Gina) and Dean Francis Kemp (Kesha); his grandchildren, Ashley Armstrong (Jeffrey), Hannah Morgan, Lindsey Kemp, Collin Kemp, Aubrey Kemp, Colton Kemp, Kiptyn Kemp, Lola Vance and Lillian Vance; his great grandchild Addalyn Armstrong; and his sister-in-law Shantelle Kemp.
