He is survived by: his wife Sandy Middleton; his children, Bo Middleton and Brandy Craft (Chris); his sister Donna Deaton (Dane); his grandchildren, Tucker Middleton, Harper Middleton, Kaylee Carpenter (Zach) and Cameron King (Bryan); his great grandchildren, Jensen Carpenter, Gentry Carpenter and Bellamy King; and his granddaughter Andrea Mulcahy Hall.
