He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Paul and Frances Rose Watkins; and his sisters, Shelia Dees and Deborah Ann Watkins. He is survived by: his daughter Casey Danielle Witty (Tyler); and his grandchildren, Danielle and Lawson Witty.
