She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lynn and Cora Katherine Kelly Powell. She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Dixon, Billie Dean Freedman (James), Gerry Wiley and James Lynn Powell (Linda); and her friends, Judi Fryer and Mary Jo Standafer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the March of Dimes, Southland Christian Church or Bluegrass Hospice Care.
