He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clinton and Margaret Patterson Woodard (Gordon); and his brother John Clinton "Pistol" Woodard. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Huff Woodard; his children, Ashley Woodard Johnson (Brandon) of Aurora, CO, Courtney Woodard Greenway (Chris) of Roswell, GA, Allison Patton of Harrodsburg and Phillip Woodard (Erica Toy) of Lexington; and his siblings, Patty Boyd of Danville, Sarah Sims of Harrodsburg, Margie Lou Fenton of Centerville, OH, Gordon Woodard (Beverly) of Harrodsburg and Butch Woodard (Jan) of Harrodsburg.
