He is survived by: his father Richard Ford; his stepmother Susan Ford; his mother Mary; his siblings, Brittany Ford, Sydney and Branon Ford; and his close friend Charles "Chuck" Curtis.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fayette County Humane Society.
