She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Hazard and Georgia Hazard; her brother Edward; her son Robert; and her daughter-in-law Emily.

She is survived by: her husband Tony; her children, Tonda and Rick; and her grandchildren, Alissa, Brynn, Jordan, Jenny, Rick, Megan, Robert, Sarah and Joshua. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
