He was predeceased by: his parents, Eudocio Garcia and Celia Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Billie Faye Sanders Garcia; his sons, Richard Garcia (Mattie) and Robert Garcia; his grandchildren, Damon Garcia, Avery Garcia, Kelsie Garcia, Asher Garcia and Michael Garcia; and his sibling Chano Garcia (Luella).
