He is survived by: his mother Patricia Smith (John Milanich); his wife Carol Burton; his daughters, Kim (Daniel) and Kris (Sean); his siblings, Marc, Mara (Dave), Lee and Kyle; and his grandsons, Ben Milanich, Colin and Connor Reid. He is also survived by extended family and numerous friends.
