It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles West of Nicholasville, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Doris West; his parents, Clyde Dewey and Ada Ellis West; and his siblings, Alleen West, Ella Rowe, Millard West, Clyde West and Fred West.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Patrick (Kenny) of Richmond, KY and Linda Houtz (Vernon) of Lawrenceburg, KY; his grandchildren, Holly Moore, Robyn Morris, Michael Cecil, Chris Houtz, Ryan Houtz and Angela Harmon; and his sisters, Betty Jean Holman of Nicholasville and Joyce McDonald of Paris. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
