He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bowen Urban and Doris Mae Price Urban; and his stepsons, Clifford Lee Caffee, Jr., Chuck and Bell South.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Urban; his children, Scott Urban of Orlando, FL, Zana Urban of Orlando, FL and Lyssa Urban of Orlando, FL; and his stepson Chris Caffee of Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by several grandchildren and two step grandchildren; four sisters and two brothers.
To abide by the regulations set forth by the State of Kentucky all persons attending a visitation or funeral (public or private) will be required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
