He is survived by: his children, Dustin Madden, Briana, Hope Madden, Brittany Lay and Chelsie Walker; his grandchildren, Chase, Jacob, Connor, Parker, Pecos Madden, Talan, Riot Lay, Isaiah Maynard, Emmanuel Thomas Bell Jr., Kenleigh, Kaizlee Williams and Praylan Madden; and his siblings, Diana Madden, Gary, Vernon and Harlan Madden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
