He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Powell Rutherford; his sons, Cecil LeRoy Rutherford II (Tracy) of Nicholasville, Christopher Todd Rutherford (Kelly) of Richmond and Myles Rutherford (DeLana) of Acworth Georgia; his grandchildren, Cecil LeRoy Rutherford III, Olivia Joy Rutherford, Cameron Christopher Rutherford (Lauren), Sabrina Michelle Rutherford, Brooklyn Crute (Kendall) and Lyncoln Rutherford; his great grandchildren, Phoebe Juliette Rutherford, Ivy Elizabeth Rutherford and Selah Raquel Rutherford; and his siblings, Lynn Schisler of Ohio, Randy Rutherford of Indiana and Roger Rutherford (Ann) of Paducah.
