She is survived by: her husband William Carl Montgomery; her sons, William Ray Montgomery (Claudia) and Darryl Edward Montgomery (Cheryl); her siblings, Benjamin Phillip Shearer (Karen), Marie Courtney and Angie Napier (Tom); her sister-in-law Stella Shearer; and her grandchildren, Brandon Ray Montgomery, Colin Jared Montgomery, Kala Renee Lubbers (Brian), Melinda Dawn Stevenson (Steven) and Ryan Travis Montgomery (Robin). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
